TELEPHONE CONFERENCE CALL OPTION
If you are participating in one of our synchronous online sessions and you have any trouble at all with the audio via the Internet, please ask us for our Toll free phone option.

As a back-up for the audio, we use a device that lets us link a telephone conference call with an Internet-based online synchronous session.  The Andrea Electronics Personal Computer Telephone Interface (PCTI) 3-Way enables headset users to connect to their PCs and their telephones simultaneously which allows person on headset, any number of people on conference call and any number communicating voice over the Internet all to communicate simultaneously!
