in Home Base Web Pages for BHWs, BHTLMs

Each BHW/BHTLM "home base" Web page includes links to several essential elements.  These templates provide ways of organizing and displaying those links.

Purpose Caring  Leader/Presenters
E.g.,  This session is intended to launch or advance intra-institutional collaboration for the improvement of undergraduate information literacy.

Information Literacy - by almost any name and any definition - is more important than ever for undergraduate education.  Faculty members, librarians, IT professionals and other academic leaders can best advance Information Literacy at their own colleges and universities by working together and by using ACRL's "Characteristics of Programs of Information Literacy that Illustrate Best Practices: A Guideline."

E.g., We care about helping undergraduate students to use information resources more comfortably, effectively, efficiently, confidently, and respectfully - by providing resources and support for those trying to work together toward this goal.

E.g.,

Steven W.  Gilbert
President, TLT Group

E.g.,

Sheril Hook
Coordinator of Instructional Services University of Toronto at Mississauga

E.g.,

Stephanie Brasley
Manager, Information Literacy Initiatives, CSU, Office of the Chancellor

Intended Audience Prerequisites Other Important Conditions
E.g., Colleagues from more than one department, office, or division of the same college or university. E.g., Interest in Information Literacy.  Some realistic expectation that your institution might launch or advance a program to improve undergraduate information literacy. E.g., What can facilitate or impede collaboration for the improvement of information literacy at our institution?
TMI/TMO/TLT = Too much information. Too many options. Too little Time
