  • Why is the need for Lifelong Teaching/Learning increasing/accelerating?
  • What are the resource implications of this increase?  Why are they being ignored?  Can everyone (students, retirees, …)  be an adjunct teacher some of the time?
  • What can/should the role of LTAs, LTPDAs (Low-Threshold Professional Development Activities) become?
  • How much can we trust each other?
    • What can/should the role of Compassionate Pioneers become?:  How much do/can administrators trust faculty?  Staff?
