ii.  Focus on Specific NEH DHI Grant Program(s)

  • Specific examples of previous successful NEH-funded technology-related projects.

  • Generic descriptions of projects NEH would like to encourage.

iii.  Clothing the Emperor

  • Reveal the Myths
    NEH has no interest in technology.
    Technology pioneers have no interest in the humanities.
     

  • Debunk
    Neither extreme is accurate – as usual!
    NEH has several related grant-making programs focusing on technology
    Many humanities faculty members have found information technology useful in their research and in their teaching.
     

  • Recover
    Learn about the NEH Digital Humanities Initiative – and related programs, resources.
