Information About Elluminate
Elluminate vClass is a
real-time education web tool that is powerful, flexible and
easy to use. The virtual classroom enables the delivery of live, online learning,
training, and meeting. Learning is increased by
engaging participants with the ability to talk over the
internet, chat online, and share applications simultaneously.
Please look below to find instructions on how to access TLT
Group's Elluminate classrooms. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact

In order access Elluminate, please follow these directions:

First
access the Learning Times Network, by clicking on the
following link:
http://home.learningtimes.net/tltgroup

Once you
have accessed this page, click the "Join" button.

The next
page will give you two options to choose from. If you do
not have an account on the Learning Times Network, please
choose Option A.

Once you
have created a username and password, you will be logged in
to the TLT Group Online Community Workspace.

Click on
“Virtual Offices” to the left of the page.

This will
take you to a page that will have either the "TLT Group
Virtual Offices" or "Steve Gilbert's Virtual Office"

Once you
choose the specific Virtual Office being used for your
event, find the “Enter Now” button- this will prompt you to
download the tool, if you don’t have it in on your pc.

Technical Requirements
Speakers or headphones are needed to hear session audio. A
computer microphone is required
for speaking. To find places that sell PC headsets with
Mic attachments, click here.
The minimum PC requirements are a Pentium II 266 Mhz with 64MB
of memory and a sound card. The minimum Mac requirements are a
G3 233 Mhz with 64MB of memory when using OS 9.0-9.2 or 128MB
of memory when using OS X.
When you log in for the first time, you may be prompted to
download Sun Microsystem's Java Web Start (or OpenJNLP for
Mac), a pre-requisite to vClass. You only need to do this the
first time you use the virtual classroom.
You can test that you are ready to go, by visiting:
http://www.elluminate.com/support/
The screen should tell you whether you have the required
software installed. If you do, you're all set. If you don't,
follow the link to download and install Java Web Start.
We suggest going through the download well before the start of
