collections of instructional resources, approaches for improving
teaching/learning. Provide time for individual or small group
exploration online and use of Planning Template. |

1-4 hours lab exploration and template completion work;
[Ideal: 10am to 3pm on Day 1; and 9am to
noon or 2pm on Day 2] |
| 3. Implementation |
Individuals or small groups
complete the Planning Template as preparation for and record of the
indicated activities (make a change in a course; assess the change;
improve and report; help a colleague; identify additional
resources needed; plan to get them; repeat) |
