Loss of 1-1 personal attention, motivating students being left behind being sabotaged by alums and faculty and boards who do NOT want to change Turning out poor quality product - esp. online Crisis with tech support Tech being the driver for what we do/how we teach Arbitrarily assigning faculty to teaching online - without prep. Entertainment instead of education; avoid superficial use of entertainment [OK to be entertaining and educationally effective!]

Nothing Giving up vertical org. - replacing with org promoting horizontal communication - focus on networks, teams, celebrating success Building more buildings (instead, students can learn in their pajamas...) Bureaucratic reporting Bull pen lab Time, pre-conceived notions of how to teach and how students learn (in order to serve students better) Give up more local mentality to become more globally aware
