Working the American Association for Higher Education, the CASTL Program has taken the lead in defining and supporting the scholarship of teaching nationally. The link leads to a number of valuable resources.

Visible Knowledge Project http://www.georgetown.edu/crossroads/vkp/  Perhaps the biggest scholarship of teaching project in the humanities, the Visible Knowledge Project is a multi-institution consortium focusing on issues raised by educational uses of technology.  Flashlight provides evaluation support for VKP.
