Bonnie B. Mullinix, EdD
Senior Consultant, Faculty and Educational Development

Bonnie joins the TLT Group having worked as an educator for over 30 years in domestic and international educational settings with learners ranging from toddlers through to adults. Dr. Mullinix works out of Greenville, South Carolina and contributes a wide range of experience and skills in teaching, learning and technology. In the last decade she has turned her attention to Higher Education, supporting faculty and educational development in a variety of institutional contexts. She has served as founding director/designer for two+ Centers for Teaching and Learning and taught in undergraduate, liberal arts, research and professional graduate settings. Bonnie has designed and conducted local, regional, national and international training, workshops, as well as research and evaluation projects utilizing both traditional quantitative and qualitative approaches as well as participatory and action research models.

Bonnie holds a doctorate and masters in Education from the Center for International Education, University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a focus on Adult and International Education and her Bachelors from University of California, Santa Cruz in an individualized major in Transdsiciplinary Studies. Since 1986 Dr. Mullinix has presented more than 50 professional papers at national and international conferences and designed, produced, edited and/or published over 45 articles, chapters, books, monographs, manuals and training guides since 1981. She has been active in multiple professional organizations presenting, reviewing, chairing and/or holding multiple officer positions (American Educational Research Association - AERA SIGS: Chair, Facutly Training, Evaluation and Development, Co-secretary/tresurer/webmaster, Adult Education and Adult Literacy, and Research Focus on Africa and the Caribbean; Professional and Organizational Development (POD) Network in Higher Education, Society for Research in Adult Development (SRAD), and the Comparative and International Education Society).
