Currently serving as Interim Provost, Dr. Holt in his Senior Associate Provost position, has been, and continues to be, responsible for planning and budgeting for academic technology at Southeast Missouri State University. Other responsibilities include assessment, academic program review, and management of personnel processes. Holt is on the technology advisory committee to Senator Kit Bond of Missouri and is chair of the Southeast Regional Education Consortium Technology Committee. Holt has been an active participant in the in the TLT since its inception and has served as a workshop leader and presenter at numerous regional and national TLT workshops. Holt's most recent publications are in the area of assessment with an emphasis on the assessment of writing and ethical reasoning.
