Steven Saltzberg

Steve Saltzberg is helping The TLT Group expand its consulting services, especially in the areas of Student Technology Assistant Programs and Planning and Assessing Information Technologies. He also advises The TLT Group on its own uses of information technology.

Formerly he served as Vice-President at Blackboard, and was President and co-founder of madDuck Technologies, the creators of Web Course in a Box.  Saltzberg has taught at both the college and high school level.  For over 20 years he has worked in higher education providing technology support (e.g., as a CIO, head of multimedia development).  He has presented extensively at national conferences and workshops on a diverse range of issues in education.

Saltzberg holds a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
