Located at the corner of Carroll and Columbia Avenues in Takoma Park, MD (less than half a mile from the Washington DC line), The TLT Group’s offices are in a beautiful, light gray three story house WITH A RED FRONT DOOR <winter photo> next to the “Savory” restaurant.

BY DC METRO (SUBWAY) & WALKING
Directions to One Columbia Avenue using the Washington DC Metro system:

The Metro Red Line Takoma Station is on Carroll Avenue.

As you exit the Metro turnstiles, walk straight ahead and slightly to the right for a few feet, then walk left UPHILL following the sidewalk of Carroll Avenue.  [Do NOT walk back around and under the “bridge” that carries the Metro.]

Continue on Carroll Avenue toward the Takoma Park "downtown" area.  Pass a 7-11 on your left.  Pass the CVS on your right.  You should see a small SunTrust bank straight ahead.  You’ll be walking about 1/4 mile.

Turn left at the clock tower (where Carroll intersects Laurel).  After turning left, you will still be on Carroll Avenue.

Walk one short block and one long block.  The very next building on your right after you pass the “Savory” restaurant is the TLT Group’s building [formerly home of “Crossings”].

Driving directions to One Columbia Avenue
FROM THE NORTH:

Exit from the 495 Washington Beltway on New Hampshire Avenue (Rte 650) south.
Proceed south to Route 410 (East West Highway).
Turn right onto Route 410.
**When Rte 410 blends with Carroll Avenue (a multi-cornered intersection with lots of stores), bear to the left to stay on Carroll Avenue.
Notice the stone firehouse as you drive by it (it will be on your left as you drive through an intersection with a signal light).  From that intersection, Drive one more long block to the intersection of Carroll and Columbia.
Turn left and enter the first parking lot you can see (the building is at the corner).

Driving Directions to One Columbia Avenue 
FROM THE SOUTH OR 
FROM DOWNTOWN WASHINGTON DC:

Drive North on New Hampshire Avenue (Rte 650) to Route 410 (East West Highway).
Turn left onto 410, then follow directions from **above.

OR

Drive North on 13th Street.  When 13th crosses Georgia Avenue, 13th becomes Piney Branch.  Continue Northeast on Piney Branch to Route 410 (East West Highway).  Turn right onto 410. Follow 410 until it seems to end at a T intersection, with a fire station directly in front of you - if you continue straight ahead you enter the fire station.  Instead, turn Right onto Carroll and drive one long block to the intersection of Carroll and Columbia.
Turn left and enter the parking lot (the building is at the corner).
