The TLT Group cannot guarantee assistance
with technology during an event. Usually, we have only one TLT
Group staff member working on an event, so they may be
assisting someone else. You are welcome to call
301-270-8312 and we will do the best we can to assist.

By preparing for the event 24 hours in
advance, checking your technology platform, and using the same
computer you used for the technology checks, you can help
eliminate some of the technology issues that may arise.
These suggestions will be sent to you in your
confirmation email. If you do not get an email from us at least five hours before an
event, please let us know.
