2:50pm Small group discussions (Incremental and Transformative Change): <NOTE: MAY BE UNREALISTIC TO DO 2 questions OF THIS MAGNITUDE; MAYBE ASK HALF OF AUDIENCE TO DO ONE AND OTHER HALF TO DO OTHER, THEN REPORT RESULTS> Explain why we're doing this (want to ENGAGE them, want to learn from them, focus our follow-up efforts) 1. What are 1 or 2 of the smallest useful changes you can make soonest to move toward improving teaching and learning with technology consistent with host institution's goals (e.g., more inquiry-based learning)? [For those who are not teachers, or who need a different slant, If some of the information technology resources now available had been available when you were a high school or college student, what would have been 1 or 2 of the smallest useful changes that could have been made to improve your success as a student?] 2.
