Studies ought to be done in order to improve learning, not just to judge it. That goal guided the selection of the following resources and assessment tools, most of which were developed by The TLT Group's Flashlight Program for the Study and Improvement of Educational Uses of Technology. Many of the resources linked to this page are free, while others are available only for a fee (e.g., an institution hires us to do an external evaluation; institution subscribers to the TLT/Flashlight Collection and gets all of our tools, resources, and some training and consulting, too.).
