PROBLEM:  Too Many Choices.

SCARCE SOLUTION:  Personal Reference Librarian

UNREALISTIC(?) SOLUTION:  Comprehensive Collection

One idealistic alternative is to have someone build a collection or repository on the Web of instructional resources that is both comprehensive, quality controlled, and highly organized for easy, intuitive searching.  This is a REALLY big challenge.
