Goal: discover how much participants agree or disagree on their attitudes toward online learning. (The form can be easily rewritten to focus on 'distance learning' or 'hybrid courses' instead of 'online courses.')

  • For external evaluation, you might want to bring in a TLT Group visiting team to help spotlight your program's strengths and needs, and to suggest directions for future plans.
